RETURNS FOR DAMAGED GOODS
Please check goods upon receipt and advise us if there are any issues immediately. Please send a photo and details of product fault or damage to email@example.com. Replacements will be arranged (where possible) for damaged or faulty goods on a case by case basis as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt of product. Should the item be no longer available, a store credit will be provided. Once a return is approved we will arrange a pick-up where possible.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Please choose your items carefully prior to purchase and feel free to contact us if you have any questions prior to purchase.
We are happy to accept change of mind returns if we are informed within 7 days of delivery. Pinnacle Fun & Games may offer a credit voucher or exchange for change of mind returns. This exchange or credit voucher will not include shipping / return costs for exchanged items.
Should you wish to return the product for a refund then goods must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. Pinnacle will deduct the initial shipping cost plus a return shipping cost from your refund. Refunds will only be made once we receive the returned item and are happy with it's condition.
Pinnacle Fun & Games will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where
- The product is faulty or is not of reasonable accepted quality
- The product cannot perform the way promised
- The product is significantly different from the web description and image

CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS PAID BY CREDIT CARD
Orders paid for by credit card that are subsequently cancelled will be charged a 5 % cancellation fee so we can recoup the fees that we are charged by the credit card provider.
